Hi, I’m Cory.
I’ve been sharpening knives since I started working in restaurants about 12 years ago, but somehow I don’t have any knife tattoos.
I used to teach cooking classes, I used to do brick restoration, I used to be a union organizer, I used to own a big orange truck that almost became a food truck. Now, I split my time between the precision of a machine shop by day and the comforts of home in Beechwood with my partner and our cats. I’d love to sharpen your stuff.
