  • Paring Knife

    Paring Knife: $7

    Typically 3-5 inches long, for tight, precise work like peeling.

  • Utility Knife

    Utility / Petty Knife: $10

    Typically 5-6 inches long, for precision work.

  • Chef Knife

    Chef Knife: $13

    Your big chopper. Typically a big blade, maybe a santoku or nakiri.

  • Knife Repair

    Knife Repair: $25-$75

    Your family came over for dinner and used your knife to open a can. Dropped on its tip. No problem, we’ll take it on a case by case basis.

  • Pickup & Drop Off to You

    Scheduled Pickup & Drop Off to You: $5 each

    Only within the city of Rochester and 14622, 14609, and 14618. I’ll come scoop your knives.

  • 24-Hour Drop Box

    Drop Box: FREE

    Bring your knives to a secure, locked drop box in Beechwood. Precise instructions including location and box code are provided after booking your drop.
